carlyle ipo

I thought they were IPO'ing one of their more recent mortgag funds in Europe somewhere.... I don't recall hearing that the mgmt entity is going public?
 
FRANKFURT (Thomson Financial) - Carlyle Group has put back plans for an initial public offering as a result of ongoing turmoil in the financial markets...


Carlyle does not expect credit conditions to resolve by end of 2007.

NO they were planning to float themselves sort of signalled the end of the credit bubble
