Schwab if I recall is one of the few brokers that is open 24 7 to answer all calls and I gotta say they get you through the prompts pretty fast compared to other brokers I have tried to reach out to.

To each his own. Old time Wall Street firms would love to destroy the zero commission model. They go whining to the SEC constantly to change the rules to favor themselves.
