Damn....all this guy has to do is take down a position, put out some bullshit story about what he wants done, and the stock takes off, sometimes 10% or more.

Like what happens with buffet. The 'oracle' says "Hmmm I like housing" and p000f homebuilding stocks soar 8% and street and motley fool write articles about how if buffet says so he must be right.

the man has a reputation for getting things done.
when you have a reputation people accomodate you.
when real estate is in the garbage can people banks come to trump and sell the mortgages for less than their face value.
