The earnings of CARG seems to be good. I didn't check it my self but I see the price action.
the earnings date was 7th August. The same date for the Gap.
If I try to interpret the price action after the earnings, would this be a profit taking for a large institution which caused the price to decline after the Gap ? or is there another better explanation?
