I never said that. The SA and TA present their opinions based on their research to clients and in-house fund managers who make the trading decisions.

No. once again this is not accurate. TA is not "presented" to decision makers for them to make decisions based upon. TA is only used after the fact to justify the decision to the investors/clients. This is not hard to grasp and completely changes what you believe.

I am not debating that it never happened in the past--- Heck, Morgan Stanley ( i think) hired astrologer A3ch Cranf38rd , but that was years ago--- I am saying it is no longer the case.

Hard to say if it's really him. But for sure he's of the same breed, a disciple, or maybe a kissin' cousin. But it wasn't a complete waste of time replying to him as I got in a little typing practice!
