Capital gain tax in China

I have search the internet for information on Capital gain tax in China. Some site say 20%, some say 10% and some say 0.

I'm only interest in the area where individual make profits trading in a non-Chinese market (ex: US market), what is the tax rate on it?

It's greatly appreciated if someone can point me to the right direction.
