Can't trade in IB

Here is the screenshot, you can see I have two live orders, one is limit order with price that's much lower than current bid price, the other one is a market order. Both orders are shown as live but can't get filled.

1) I don't see Order Status anywhere -- do you have a tennis-ball GREEN on that?

2) DO YOU KNOW CURRENT VOLUME?? Have BOOKTRADER up? IS THERE A MARKET???

3) There are multiple methods to trade via IB/TWS/Mosaic -- I have found on those occasions when there was a trading issue, that if I
-- rewrote the combo order line in the Quote Monitor page
-- wrote the combo order line in a *different* Quote Monitor page
-- created a *new* Quote Monitor page, and then wrote the combo order line
-- traded off of OptionTrader
-- created a BookTrader page for the combo, and then traded off of that.
-- created a chart of the combo, and then traded off of the chart......

Even if you end up on the phone to IB, having these bits of bandaid-ing done beforehand will help them know 'how deep' the issue may be.

FWIW, I would get out of Mosaic pronto (as it's an overlay on TWS) and create/issue your order from TWS.

LET US KNOW HOW YOU DO.

GOOD LUCK.

(Oh! And I know it's no comfort now, but I have never seen this sort of issue last more than 24 hours. Well, once. Twice. Well....... well, let's just go with rarely.)

Finally got a reply from IB:

We are having a system issue that is affecting your account. We are trying to get this fixed! When resolved, I will contact you.

Please stand by for my call or written reply.

This issue costed me $2K, which is really a lot for my small account. :(

Damn.
"Been there, done that."
Still love IB and TWS.
"In the long run":banghead: , ... if they've cost me $1 on occasion, they have saved me $2 in the ensuing year (with price improvement, snappy order flow, and a flexible trading format that lets me mesh my Trading Brain with their Trader Work Station).

There is still on occasion some bile, :vomit: , no lie, no doubt.

Very Best Wishes on this .....
