If your motivation is commission-free trading have you considered Tradestation?

My main motivation is access to pennystocks on otcmarkets. I don't mind paying a commision.
Only the bigger brokers provide almost unlimited access. Too many restrictions with the smaller brokerages (on what stocks can be traded) plus they usually go on a per-share basis.

I was under that impression too but they (etrade,tda,schwab) keep telling me the LLC member has to be US resident. I was gonna check with a Lawyer but I don't think there is much that can be done. I can't force them.

Are they asking for your own SS#? i am trying to figure out what is missing in the LLC info you provided.

He didn't provide an ITIN. An EIN is not the same thing.

Haha no not into fraud. I would be trying offshore brokers if I was into that. Just need a broker that doesn't reject every other order because the ticker is not allowed to be traded on their system.
