Can't Open Chat Window at Zulutrade.com

Can anybody open the live chat session at https://www.zulutrade.com/support?

I've been going round and round with the help desk at zulutrade.com. I can't sign up with them because they can't send an SMS to my phone. They recommend I live chat but I can't open a chat window... They have been telling me to try different browsers with popup and ad blockers disabled and I have done that but still doesn't work.

Thank you for that. So, yeah, it's not just me... Their automated support bots have had me going in circles for weeks off and on, and the humans tell me the same things to do and none of it makes a diff. I emailed them a link to this thread to get them to realize that it's not just me so thanks again...
