Can't Find A Broker To Trade US OTCs From UK

I'm really struggling to find anything suitable so I'm asking for your help.

I'm a UK citizen and resident currently using TradeZero to trade US penny stocks, however their restrictions block you from trading any OTC under 10 cents, and I keep missing out on great trades of stocks less than 1 cent.

Because I'm in the UK I can't use Robinhood, Webull or TD Ameritrade. Fidelity doesn't seem to operate here either. Trading 212, eToro, Freetrade etc don't have the stocks I'm looking for. I can't find any information on Charles Schwab, Interactive Brokers, and Hargreaves Lansdown, but I'm guessing their commissions would be more than the shares themselves.

So does anyone know of a broker that will allow a UK resident to trade US OTC stocks that are as low as $0.0001?

Generally interactive brokers are useless to trade otc penny stocks

Because they impose price caps (security limits). You cant buy a stock for more than 10% last price (round lot). But otc stocks have large bid ask spreads
