That mentality and people like you are the problem.

I say let CFC go bust AFTER they foreclose on your house. The sooner all you scammers go down in flames the better for the rest of us.

Somehow I think those of us with some actual money in the bank will still be able to get a mortgage.
 
CFC short interests went up big time last time, I bet you are one of them. You might success in one day or two like in 9/11, but in the long run you are going to lose because bet against the biggest lender is like bet against United States of America
 
There are roughly eight jobs piggy backed off every good middle class job. One million jobs were created from the housing boom (agents, mortgage brokers, contractors, etc.). If half those jobs were lost and there are, say, 180 million employed people in the USA, then ultimately we are talking about a snowball effect were unemployed people can no longer afford their NINJA ARM loans even when they get a part time job at Neiman Marcus or Applebees.
