Canola Futures ???

I'm trying to enter a canola trade (don't ask!) and getting an error "bad stop price". The OEC guy on chat ignored me, so I'm hoping either of the two canola traders will see this and let me know what that error means. I'm guessing it has to do with my stop price being more than 12 points from the current price -- but it's a stop order and the point of it is to catch a big move.

Any help canola traders of the world (either of you!!!!)????
 
I've traded some canola. I go through RCG and this was about a month or two ago but even though the Canola is electronic the program had an error on how it figured p and l. Personally i wish there was more liquidity in canola options so they could be used to hedge off some of my soy complex positions.
 
The error fixed itself this morning, I assume it was an OEC error as I also couldn't enter another order. Note to self - don't enter orders when OEC doesn't feel like accepting them.
