Cannot trade US index options anymore (EU customer at IB UK)

Today I wanted to buy an index option at CBOE and TWS platform informed me that I don't have permission (a few months ago I didn't have any problems with that).
I logged-in to account management and under Permissions > Index options section I didn't see "United States" listed anymore.

Did anyone else noticed that? Has this anything to do with IB UK -> IB LUXEMBOURG account transfer for EU customers?
 
That is new. There was a problem buying US etfs like spy that you got around by selling puts and hoping for exercise from Europe.
