Cannot find an API that allows me to redistribute price of Dow, S&P500 and Nasdaq

I am just trying to find a paid API that will allow me to pull the current price of the big three US indices and redistribute to my clients via app. It seems like everyone either doesn't allow redistribution or they don't have the index prices. I haven't called Xignite yet but did not enjoy talking with them years ago when my business was much smaller. They treated me like I was a joke.

Has anyone had any success in this area?

Exchanges charge HUGE fees for redistributing their data. And companies that compile indexes charge HUGE fees for redistributing indexes specifically.

More...
Oanda has contracts for difference that follow the major indices, the upshot being the prices for the respective CFD's are practically identical to the real thing (check the screenshot for the SPX500USD example). The terms for redistribution from Oanda are probably a lot more agreeable if you can tolerate the small discrepancies in price.
