Cannot enter Good-till-date order on TWS today

This problem started happening today. I have been making GTD orders for a long time. This is the first time I encounter this error.

My TWS version is Build 977.3c, Sep 18, 2019 10:40:30 AM.

Anyone encountered the same problem? I wonder if there's a bug with this new version.

GTD are basic functions on any trading platform. I seldom encounter serious issue like this on IB platform.
 
They did some weird updates today. Noticed a couple visual changes. Some that broke stuff for me. Or made changes I don't like.

I've stopped trying to understand IB's software logic
