As far as SierraCharts, we were able to offer it free for clients trading over 10 round turns a month up until few months ago when Sierra implemented some changes and we are no longer able to offer it free.
We do support Sierra with 4 different datafeeds/ order routing:
CQG
Rithmic
Transact
and Sierra's own Denali.
If you are able to PM me and share the page / site where you saw Free Sierra offer I will greatly appreciate it so I can have web developers update the information.

I’m planning to start with monthly futures spreads on the next markets:
Brent Crude on ICE Europe, LS Gasoil on ICE Europe, NYMEX Natural Gas, NYMEX Light Sweet Crude Oil, Bund/Bobl/Shatz Eurex Rolls. I think it will be about 1000 trades in month and E-Futures platform(or may be you can recommend a better option for me) for the beginning.

E-Futures is an excellent FREE platform and can execute exchange recognized spreads as spreads. E-Futures is offered via our GAIN/StoneX relationship. If you are looking to trade multiple markets across different exchanges and need to create customized spreads, then CQG Q trader would be another option to evaluate and we offer it via multiple clearing houses and I would probably recommend using Phillip Capital as the clearing house for that.
