Not carpet, computer screen enlarged lol.
white line is 10 EMA, don’t recall the time frame, it’s AAPL chart.
So at what point is the real body if the candle to tall to qualify as a Doji?
Your stats will be the final arbiter.Talking not about position of the real body, more the length . Note in your illustration from investopedia it is flat. The one I posted had some small amount of length in it. So at what point is the real body too long (length not width) to be considered a Doji?
Considering the carpet that you posted: for the doji / hammer whatever we want to call it, for a long trade I'd want to see a close above that red moving average line before I threw any money at it. Additionally, if that white line is a 10 ema I'll eat my hat. You real sure about that? The moving average Below the candle of interest?
I already owned it I was looking at whether or not to sell itConsidering the carpet that you posted: for the doji / hammer whatever we want to call it, for a long trade I'd want to see a close above that red moving average line before I threw any money at it. If it's not too much trouble, throw an 8ema on there and use the T-Line rule... as an exit.I already owned it I was looking at whether or not to sell it
Yeah it was a 9 or 10 EMAIf it's not too much trouble, throw an 8ema on there and use the T-Line rule... as an exit.
Charts posted without the x-axis time at the bottom are kind ugly, like Hillary at 4:00 AM.
anyhoo... (That really a 10ema you thought it was? Enquiring minds want to know.)
Good one to start keeping your stats on if you're serious about this game.
