Candidate Paul to abolish five federal departments

of course anyone smarter than a fifth grader should know that the president cant do any of those things.

A President might be able to veto funding in these dept to decrease the power of the agencies.

Another choice is a lateral agency. Replace the old agency with a new and improved version <sarcasm> and let the old agency fade away.
