Funny. Never seen a Chinese person protest the book.
You probably never gave it much thought; but sometimes, victims remain silent, until they feel empowered to speak out.
A child that reads, and understands the underlying messages, may not tell his parents. And when those that do, do so; the parents may not raise a stink ... for a multitude of possible reasons. One being, being potentially singled out by people who think like you.
Even rape victims don't always complain. And those that do, may take decades to do so. And rape is much worse that realizing your kid has been reading racist books.
I know ... this is all meaningless to you.
Regardless, when do you get to tell anybody, what's offensive to them?
I'm talking about boycotting the pharmacy and/or firing the employees who took it upon themselves to make corporate policy on the spot, but you knew that already.
You have to understand, GWB has been blessed with the authority to determine when cancelling is OK.

So now you are saying there should be a Cancel Mob formed to boycott the pharmacy and demand the firing of the employees. Even noting that the corporate management of the pharmacy quickly remedied the situation --- but you are not satisfied unless a Cancel Mob is whipped up into a frenzy online and foaming at the mouth to cancel something. Your expectations to "Cancel" something or someone over this demonstrates exactly what is wrong with Cancel Culture.
It's one thing to bring a mistake to the attention of news media so that a corporation fixes it -- it is another thing totally to whip up a cancel mob to demand the corporation be boycotted and employees fired.
Why don't you just find us one Chinese person who complained about this book --- and then you will have some ground to stand on.
How is your demand to identify a complainer relevant to my posts,
or to the notion that many don't complain,
or to the notion that you don't have the right to tell others how to complain, regardless their nationality--regardless the complaint.
But I get it ... you want to deflect from the issue.
Answer my previously unanswered questions, and I'll find one Chinese complainer for your amusement.
So in other words you can't find a single Chinese person who complained about this book.
The amusing part is this particular book is still available in China and is published in Chinese. You can still buy Chinese versions of Dr. Seuss books on Amazon and other websites.
I believe I said, you entertain my multiple requests for one or two questions to be answered, that you've ignored; and I won't ignore your request. For all you know, I've already found one.
