Cancel culture has gone too far

Certainly an academic case of what not to do in public relations. Nobody that saw the 1st tweet cared to follow up on the 2nd, or 3rd ones.
I told each of my wives that the way to my heart is not through my stomach.

In GWB's children utopia:

It says a lot, and obvious things about a person who is more concerned about preventing the removal of these racist images and stereotypes from the access to children; than the effect they can have on young minds.

I asked @gwb-trading about this exact thing multiple times, just to prove to everyone that he wouldn't comment on it. He wouldn't comment on whether kids should be able to freely access these materials, to be specific.

The sad fact is, that some people actually want these images to persist.

In GWB's defense, these images aren't from the films getting pulled currently, but films we have pulled in the past. My point is that as societal norms progress, we evolve, reevaluate and readjust. This "cancel culture" is as American as apple pie. Cons are just great at branding so they have a new boogie man for their white aggrievement cult.

Correct. I was referring to the Dr. Seuss issues. A distinction without a difference re: my point.

The "Cancel Culture" mantra was started when there was no real and viable defense to the stopping of overly-offensive practices/allowances.

As we've seen with @gwb-trading , the anti-cancel-culture culture, won't argue that the issue should not be canceled on the merits. Instead, they argue that 'cancelling' in and of itself just outright wrong.

They argue, in effect, that everything, once started, should continue forever; no matter how wrong it is.

I know ... silly. But hey, Qanon believing, US Citizens stormed the Capitol Building, prodded by a reality TV show POTUS.
