canadians: what do you do with your USD pay?

Curious what you fellow prop traders who get paid in USD do with your pay? Keep it in a USD account or do you regularly transfer over to CDN when the time is right? If you transfer, where/how do you do it?

(I ask prop traders cause you retail guys probably reinvest/hold it)

i exchange my USD as quick as possible because i dont trust it will stay up..
TD has the best exchange at TDFX, but i think u need a corporation and they want you to average over 10k/month. Next best for exchange is probably customhouse

Compared to the Canadian dollar, it is platinum.

I pre sell my earnings in IB every few days. My IB account is always short USD as i get paid in arrears.

Unless you think your a good currency speculator I dont think you have any business in not converting immediatly
