Permitted as in "allowed" or "has a permit"? Because I'm assuming you have proof of the permit the above "protest" has?

Since all protests over a certain size in Toronto require a permit --- any reasonable person would assume they got the permit --- otherwise the police would be clearing them.

Unlike the "trucker convoy" these protests are only held during daylight hours during designated hours. Not every day & night for weeks directly inflicting harm on residents and businesses in the city.
