Canada's Depression: Surging Crime, Soaring Suicides, Overwhelmed Food Banks

This sort of made me chuckle.... and here is why. Our team goes out to dinner every couple weeks. Later this month they selected a vegetarian place (I want my beef!!!) and I was less than delighted, but hey you need to go to a variety of places that appeal to all the members of the team over time. We have several vegetarians on board.

The place they selected closed this month citing the high cost of vegetables as one of the key reasons.

We re-booked at a steak place. I am delighted.

I would absolutely look at him first. What makes me laugh is that you liberals never look at Obama first. It seems he's not at fault for anything, despite being at the helm.
Look in the mirror, Obama has had no successes, right?

I am sure that you will find a number people in this forum that agree with your statement. :)

The reality is that every President has a number of successes and failures during their administrations. The successes and failures of Obama (and all Presidents) need to be looked at by properly detailing the results of their policies in the manner a neutral historian would --- rather than through partisan lenses.

Agreed.

Sorry, I didn't see the necromancy that brought this post back. I'm not sure you're talking to the right person, as I have pointed out things in the past where I supported Obama on.

I extend the same challenge to you that I have in the past. We both link to the posts where we have supported the other side, and the posts where we have attacked our own side. Then we add up the posts and see who wins. You know, to test who is more partisan.

You game?

Sorry, I meant "look in the mirror" generically, should have written it differently.

As for the game, no, I can't "win" it, since Obama has had a largely successful presidency despite its imperfections, while the right has become deranged.

The game is not about Obama's supposedly successful Presidency. You just know there are next to zero examples of you criticizing anything on the left, or praising anything on the right, whereas I have plenty of the opposite.

Face it, you are not at all impartial and completely and wholly partisan. the word that comes to mind is "shill", but there may be better ones.

A closer looks reveals that you are the delusional one.
Nine_ender makes out Canada to be a healthcare paradise. Here is yet another example of heartless failure in the Canadian healthcare system.

Photo of elderly couple's heartbreaking goodbye is as sad as the story behind it
http://www.mnn.com/family/family-ac...les-heartbreaking-goodbye-sad-story-behind-it

This is Wolf and Anita Gottschalk of Surrey, British Columbia. They have been married for 62 years, and they have been inseparable for almost all of that time. But for the last eight months, Wolf and Anita have been forced to live apart. Their granddaughter, Ashley Bartyik, regularly drives her grandmother to visit her grandfather, but the the reunion — and the goodbyes — are always heartbreaking. Bartyik recently shared a photo of her grandparents saying their goodbyes, along with an explanation for why the pair have been separated, and it is moving the internet to tears.

Wolf, 83, was placed in a nursing home in January of this year after suffering from congestive heart failure. His wife, Anita, 81, currently lives in a different nursing home 30 minutes away. According to Bartyik, the family has been pleading with health care officials to get the couple reunited so that they can live together in the same nursing home, but to no avail. Bartyik blames the issue on "backlogs and delays by our health care system."

Bartyik drives her grandmother to visit her grandfather every other day. She snapped the photo that she shared on Facebook so that the rest of the world could see what it looks like every single time her grandparents have to say goodbye to one another.
