He was the prime minister for the last 10 years. He was known to micromanage. Where would you look first? (Oh, and he was the most conservative prime minister in Canadian history. Did I mention that?)

When he first came into office, the Liberal government left him with a budget surplus. He quickly gave very generous tax cuts to Big Oil. Not long after, Canada was back in deficit again.
funny thing, same thing happened to us when that no good liberal Bill Clinton left office and returned the government to it's rightful conservative owner George Bush.

I would absolutely look at him first. What makes me laugh is that you liberals never look at Obama first. It seems he's not at fault for anything, despite being at the helm.
