I have been to Winter Carnival in Quebec City many times. Not my idea of fun there right now.
I think the Canadian idea of fun these days is to buy a case of Labatt50 and fantasize about being in Florida or actually go there.
Oh, that's right, you can always go to Toronto if you prefer an American experience.

The sad truth is that *all* of the english speaking countries in the world have literally lost their minds.
The UK, however, has reversed the entire thing and ended all restrictions, likely because Boris faces criminal prosecution for a garden party he hosted. Boris ended the madness simply to save his bacon. Whatever works.
Maybe Joe will do the same next year when he faces impeachment.
