Lol, and that shithead @ninefeetunder claiming a few months back Canada was the country with the most level headed reaction to covid, and that the " moderate" restrictions wouldn t cause social problems.
Fast forward a little, some businesses like gyms and restaurants in Ontario have been closed for 300 days, citizens get more upset, and every day more trampling of basic human rights are publicised from that great democracy.

This is reality, not a denial. You really need to just shut up at this point you are disputing information disclosed by the government and hospital admin in Ontario. Shutting your eyes to reality because it's inconvenient to your narrative isn't going to pass.

Sure, buddy, worst case scenario here is just US level Covid for most of the last 10 months in many US states. Covid always comes in waves. When the second wave arrived, you jokers got on here posting like crazy about Canada. The second wave was far worse in the US.

Ontario is also vaccinating people at one of the fastest rates of anywhere now. A smarter man would understand that likely leads to better results in a month. But you aren't a smarter man are you now ? You barely function better on this stuff then a grade 8 drop out. Perhaps you are a grade 8 drop out.

No, there is no lying. I seriously think you are mentally ill, and obsessed with arguing about Covid. We are all out to get you and your freedoms right ?

You have persisted in obsessing about me saying that "some" people died which I inferred from a nationally broadcast news story. The doctor outlined that ICU beds were increasingly seeing young people in life threatening situations in their hospital. These are beds being filled by people that just didn't enter hospitals in 2020. The UK variant spreads far more easily, and is more dangerous to younger people then the Covid from last year. How much more dangerous you can take that up with the medical community if you want to incessantly argue.

None of your pointless arguing over semantics is going to protect you from Covid or make the Canadian situation any worse then it is. We are doing a good job to mitigate a short term issue. Vaccinations ( first shot ) have been fast forwarded.

But they argue that their covid "has Canadian values."

So it's all good. OR NOT.

One of the problems that Canada has is that Quebec only marginally acknowledges Ottawa as the capital of their country. Their country being Quebec. So the stupid decisions made in Ottawa and Toronto that have negative impact in Montreal and Quebec City only feed into the long lingering separatist sentiments that flare up and then die down and then flare up from decade to decade.

The fake forum canadians like to sing kumbaya and make it look like it is only those trumpy knuckdragging Americans who have problems with insurrection and that Canada has had no problems with division and uprising. Reallly. Ask Primie Minister Tinkerbell why his daddy rolled out the tanks in Montreal when he was in power. So in addition to the general unrest about covid in general, the protests in Montreal and QC have some different or additional atmospherics compared to Toronto and Ontario in general.
