Quebec's always the drain on the country, everything just doesn't seem as nice as it is in Ontario. I don't wake up at 6, why would you have to be up at that time?
 
I am in windsor but it is not a warmer place. 8 months winter here from sept to april. It is only 1-2 degree difference in temprature.

5) Some PROP Trading room are available, in Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver and Quebec.

Also for Futures only in Canada

but many other US Futures Brokers can deal with the Canada without restriction. The samething for FX.

Abooot the weather , well you must be joking this is Canada it's COLD everywhere but at least our Great summers make up for it......
