This is a value judgment. I think it is twisted that people want to have sex with an animal, but I think a lot of what people do that is harmful to other people and/or animals is twisted.
That doesn't mean that I think it should be made illegal by the government.
Now, if we as a society and government decide to grant all animals the same rights as humans across the board, then I would support that. But a meat-eating, gun toting, duck hunting, deer killing, fur coat wearing, etc. society will never give up the right to kill animals for sport, fashion, or pleasure.
So if some deviant wants to have sex with an animal, why is it really different?
