It depends where in Canada.....
I have cousin in BC and I love Vancouver. I am European and I almost moved there after I came to the USA. I must say California is not that great anymore and I would love to move if I could. I miss the east coast. the only thing keeps us in CA is the weather, and our jobs. two huge things we cannot alter..
P.S. I would not live in Toronto, I prefer BC....

Good points...I don't like TO either...I was thinking a bit more country like outside Ottawa...
