Was wondering if I could still use the features and charting or do they restrict access after a while.
Can you use TOS platform indefinite after full account withdrawl?

Until TOS decides to shut down the free riders, that is. One day you may log in and discover that the data is turned off and all the nice features are disabled.
When/whether to shut off axxclowns is a tough call for them. They don't want to shut off a legit client who pulled money to pay taxes or whatever.
TOS does have "in-between" options besides allowing full access or none. For example, at some point they could shift you to a delayed data feed, as they do for paper trading accounts. Also, some of the "extra" stuff they offer (random example: Benzinga Squawk) apparently does require either a certain minimum account balance and/or level of activity... but I'm not exactly clear as to the what/why/when.
