Can you trade smarter than a 10 year old?

dtrader98-

It will become clear to all that this is pure rubbish-but before we get to that we have some very basic facts to cover first.

We will let the children answer-then we will question them again-and so on and so forth-until there is no doubt as to how they trade.

Then we will see how many can trade smarter than a 10 year old?

Now that the resident children are off spraying their Graffiti all over ET-we will move on.

Roth has actually spoken some very good words of wisdom-which are worth mentioning-as for the rest of the book-well-it depends on whether you want to be "an investor" or "a trader" - we will take a trader as meaning one who trades for a living-full time.

OK-let's cut the bullshit and get down to "real" business.

Children do not make good traders-as they have very little experience in life-let alone financial dealings.

The concept of thinking like a child-is valid to a point-but you must be aware of where the cut off point is-if not-you become a fool and end up listening to idiots who rant and rave about what they "know" about the markets.

Trading can be easy-or hard-to what degree will depend on a few key things that the trader needs to be aware of-and acknowledge.

You can spend your time reading bullshit from bullshiters-or you can decide to look-ask and move on.

Whatever you decide will decide what you will get-so if you are not "getting"-you are not deciding correctly.

What do you do?

Grow up and stop acting like a child-as many adults really do act like children in the markets-and that is primarily because they do not have enough experience to know what one should-and should not do-when trading.

You still have not answered the question-boys.

Is it a bit difficult for you?

I trade to make money.

At this point a 10 year old would likely lose less then me by making random entries and exits.

I am my own worst enemy.

Trading is gambling.

the minimum age for Las Vegas is 21 years old.

no kids allowed in wall street.

Quote from The General:

I have recently discovered that we have many 10 year old adults on ET.

In light of this fact-I am going to try and see if any traders here can trade smarter than a 10 year old.

The children will become obvious to all as this thread moves on.

Wall Street is full of "runners".

Las Vegas is for gambling.

Children should be seen-and not heard.
