What is "his style"?

Is his style daytrading? is his style using 5 min candlestick bars and some sort of a moving average? is his style trendfollowing?

If thats your question? Then yes I use simular techniques to daytrade!!!

Scalps that last like 10 - 30 seconds at times.


My understanding is in the long run making trades that last that short amount of time = negative blotters!

That is not what he's doing at all! Very rarely will you make .50 on 500 shares in just a few seconds.

I wouldn't call 500-1,000 shares very large amounts....he is just day trading from the looks of it.

It doesn't need to be. Trading is a game a BIG game at that. Once you find the 'nut' you realize that this is a simple game. However there are a TON of barriers that one needs to overcome to get this 'nut'.

Once you get there...you can make money on call. Sometimes its as simple as having enough conviction to pull the trigger.
