Can you trade bets on the WEATHER on CME?

So I was looking at the margin requirements for E-minis (in the .CVS on this CME Group page) and saw all sorts of odd contracts:

CME GULF COAST SEA ACUM HURRICANE
BOSTON LOGAN BINARY STRIP FUT
DETROIT METRO AIRPT RAINFL MTHLY
LAS VEGAS WEEKLY AVG TEMP FUTURE

What the heck are those?

I should mention that I know about Intrade and their "unusual" markets like who's going to win American Idol.

But the point here is that CME would have weather contracts.

Yes, they were launched in 2007 (I think).
