Can we talk powerwalls (storage) for solar...

I can't get an honest answer. It use to be Tesla powerwalls were (are) the best. They cost the most and were the best value. This was about 3-4 years ago.

I look to see if this is still true. But, everyone comes to the front of the Google search, to try and sell me. For a car, I could look at Consumer Reports or other sites. You could find the information.

But for a powerwall, your guess is as good as mine. Have others improved? Can someone show me a site (like Consumer Reports) to prove other powerwalls have gotten better.

If I wait a couple more years, will the quality (storage/price) improve...To make it a better buy?

PS If you send me a link to a website...Prove to me it is not a fake sales pitch.

Rare fire hazard, even with powerwall's cell isolation.
Install away from house, build it to to survive a fire that flares at 3,000 degrees.

If I put it too far away from the house, could it be stolen??

I was thinking inside the garage, so it is hard for bad guys/gals to get to...

I would put it in a shed. You don't want to lose your vehicles and lawn equipment if the thing catches fire.
