can tws c++ api be run on window 10?

Don't upgrade windows 10 has tons of bloatware and very difficult to turn off updates which will kill your trading server during the most critical times

In the Windows Search box, search for "Check Updates". Click the "Advanced Options" selection box at the bottom of the screen. Click the last date.
This will prevent Windows from doing any automatic updates or reboots for about 6 weeks.
Once a month, select a "Resume Updates" to get the latest updates, then select a new date.

Thanks but I often forget. Windows 7 allows you to do it with a simple registry edit.

You can also easily disable Windows from automatically running updates and optional system features in the background by running this in Powershell:

Set-Service -Name "TrustedInstaller" -Status Stopped -StartupType Disabled

I run 7 accounts, using two dell 5820 precisions. Do you have webpage so that I check the cost. Besides, even my own server, sometimes I can not resume Remote Desktop to one of them. When that happens on cloud server, it may be equivalent to outrage to me.

See the 3 server options here: https://www.ninjamobiletrader.com/index.html#download

All servers have their own dedicated resources and are not shared in a pool.

For example, the 16gb RAM server is $119.
Compare that to Amazon EC2, which comes out to $228 https://calculator.aws/#/createCalculator/EC2
Or SpeedyTradingServer for $260 per month https://www.speedytradingservers.com/prices/
