I am having trouble with finding a forex practice account. So i can't find a place to get quotes.

I would really appreciate it if can someone tell me the exchange rate for

and

I suggest that you go to www.interbankfx.com and get their demo. Their platform is very nice and the spreads are cool. I like CMC's platform also but not as much as metatrader.

I tried both the CMS visual trader demo and the interbankfx.com demo but neither one of the show the 1-month and 6-month forward prices.

Is it there but I didn't see it or do I need other softwares to get forward quotes?

I can get them for you a bit later. The banking
system I use will open around 4pm. What
currency are u looking for $/# ??????.

yes, the $ to U.K. Pound.

r u just looking for the forward points, forward
point for 1 month are aprox the same every day, unless
int rates change.

Do you know what they base their volume on? Never seen vol in FX.
