I see my attempt at humor has backfired. TruthSeeker, it appears you missed my point entirely. lundy started that thread and the poll asking whether bottom picking could be a profitable strategy, not trdrmac. However, by asking a total stranger (myself) to "leave the thong off", I wanted to show that trdrmac was indeed guilty of "begging strangers to help him out". That's all there is to it. Good luck with your studies :)

Hate to tell you this chuckles, but it was not I.

And I don't fault anyone who asks for advice or an opinion here or anywhere else. What I find fault with is some smartass who is in over his head, crying in his hat, saying anything other than thank you to the people who reply.

You asked for advice and I gave you sound albeit harsh advice. As did several others. The bottom line is at 33 I have more cash in my life insurance policy than you have in net worth. And that is my least favorite place to park cash.

So just say thanks for caring Trdrmac and 10 years from now you will be glad you did. Or find someone who tells you what you want to hear.
