Can someone give me some dividend paying quality stocks with growth potential?

I have some cash to invest, but got plenty of the ultra-volatile stuff. Want to get some of the less volatile stuff that also pays a dividend.

Any recommendations, and why do you recommend them? I'm all ears, thanks!!!

I have it and like it. It's Canadian, so they remove some of the dividend for US investors...
