Hey, has anyone heard of Sharebuilder.com

Its different then most online brokers.

Can someone tell me how they work?????what is it?????

It's ghetto. I'm sure sharebuilder.com will have whatever info you want.

Their claim is that you can buy stocks for - gasp - only $2-3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW!!!

Open an IB or point direx account (or have parents do it since you're 17) and you can buy shares for $1.

Hey, do you think if you have time, can u explain how do i get started with, and what is IB, like iv been on there site, and such, and i knows it Direct Acess. But if you could, give me some info/advice on IB. Thank you

Don't take this the wrong way (I posted some advice on your original thread so I bear you no ill will) but stop pestering the board with little questions that can be answered with a minimal investment of your own time.

In this case a visit to sharebuilder.com, interactivebrokers.com and a quick pop into a book store or a search engine to find out about direct access trading.
