Can japan just shut up?

Every hour there is someone from the BoJ crying about how the yen is too strong. They say they wont do anything to manipulate it. Nothing but cry every hour on the hour in hope to scare everyone into dumping the yen. Hoping that if they cry enough they wont have to do anything. Their words will have scared everyone away.

Im getting tired of this. Do something or shut up. Dont just talk and whine you BoJ people.

mmmmm well atleast it wont cost 1200 yen for ramen anymore in tokyo ---- phew
