Can i use Interactive brokers wire transfer to buy bitcoins ?

There are some banks that close accounts linked to bitcoin, ban users that send money to coinbase or other btc related services

I did ask but you have to transfer to a bank account in your name. J.P. Morgan chase are now bitcoin friendly.

Yeah, just google crypto friendly banks and you will find out everything you need to know. Ally bank is a good online bank, Simple is another one, Chase, ect..

i believe IB use Chase for USD wire transfer and CITIBANK for euro wire transfer

How do you mean your question? Do you want to buy bitcoins at IB and wire money into IB for this purpose?
Or do you mean it the other way around: you want to wire money out of IB to buy bitcoins at another bank?

You can wire out from IB to any bank. The restriction is that the receiving account must be in the same name and address as the IB account.
