Can I hear about your worst trades ever?? Everyone will freely talk about their best ones...

LOL I live like 2,200 miles away from Manhatten, and if you don't know what solders and HUD are, ever hear about using Google?

I could use Google but thought might be easier to ask you since you are already on that topic and knowledgeable about it. It's ok if you don't want to tell.

 SPOT? Or futures?
Spot is impossible I think. I could trade 1 million for each 50K in my account.

Leverage on Spot Forex used to be sky's the limit. There were leverage as high as 1000:1 before CFTC/NFA nerfed it first to 100:1 and then again to 50:1 just to give Futures a chance to compete.

On the other hand 1000:1 is pretty ridiculous, one better be absolutely right.

I was unaware that when a solders orders change, solders can get out of the apartment leases since I had limited experiences dealing with Army solders, they give 30 day notice and lease is terminated. I found if you live in/nearby to a city where population are receiving all types of welfare from the feds, they most likely receiving aid from HUD, Housing and Urban Development and using Section 8 for assistance, so say you are acquiring homes in low middle income to low income and families have at least 3 children, which are very very many, I would advertise HUD approved, meaning I passed very thorough inspections of it be habitable, and next day like 30 couples want to see the property, there never seems to be enough landlords wanting to buy these lower income properties because you basically breakeven on rents after repairs and upgrading at least on my houses back then. So under Section 8, most of the time HUD pays directly to landlord 70% of the rent and tenants pay the other 30%, and damages the tenant causes when they move, HUD pays completely for repairs. Anyway, I never dealt with the Troops before, so when they were going off to war, I was getting empty apartments

Most of the time of owning properties, your net worth goes up but cash is non liquid until rent gets larger than mortgage and you reap profits when you sell all of them. Best discount deals are lower income houses, people don't take care of them.

Do the soldiers have to actually provide you proof for the order change to get out of the lease or do you have to take their words for it?

Prove it as they all had them. Oh, and their wives can't divorce them up to two years if they are in a war zone.
