Can I download historical data from IB paper trading account?

The computer that I use to do testing may not be perfectly safe so I don't want to connect it with my live IB trading account. If I download historical data from IB paper trading account, is it the same and accurate as data from live account?

You would need to log on, using your "not so safe computer", to the same IB user account for the paper account as you use for your live account. So what would be the difference?
 
I don't think that's possible, the metrics required to get the historical data are quite complex, you just can't do it easily. But if you've found a way please enlighten us
