Can i do two monitors on a Nvidia GeForce4 MX 440

i have vga and dvi plugs in the back of my computer and my scenario is the same as the guys above. i have windows nt but, when i go to properties then settings to choose the amount of monitor it doesnt show more than one monitor. i been reading about it and it all looks easy to do but i dont have the options. can someone help me? thanks in advanced.

Many laptops had both VGA and DVI connectors so that you could choose to use either, not both. If your rig is capable of running 2 external monitors, the OS should autodetect that for you and show up somewhere in "Display".

Windows NT in 2017? Strange. Need a serious upgrade.

If your video card have something like 2 video interfaces for everything - yes you really can do it clearly. It really depends, but you should be able to use something like VGA and DVI with ease here for as many cards as your monitor have seriously.
