IB has pretty complete FOREX offering and abilities. You can use it FX (Cash) and linked to a bank in the country.

I doubt IB offer products from TFE Thailand Futures Exchange.
TFE offers Thai/USD Futures, SET50 , various SSF....
not sure about the Thai ETF
So you have to go through brokers from Thailand or perhaps Singapore or Hongkong

I difinitly think thai bhat is very undervalued. I think it will reach 1USD will reach from 31 now to 22-18 Bhat around 10 or 15 years from now.
But 1USD to 1Bhat , that's seem not possible to me.
