Can I be responsible for warrants if I short stock?

Hey everyone,

In the past, there was a rights offering on a stock that I was short. I ended up being short the rights as well as the stock.

If I am short a stock offering warrants, will I be responsible for any warrants?

Any insight would be appreciated.

You are responsible for all corp actions involving distributions. Rights, warrants, spinoff, div and any other split distribution as well.
Thank you, when I look up corporate actions, warrants do not show up...Maybe because warrants are issued to new shareholders instead of existing ones?
