Can gamification train a new trader?

I'm starting to see gamification take off in the trading world.

This game for instance just popped into my daily google search results:

Does this work? As an ex-options market maker, its a bit simple. TBH, i had a blast playing this game though and can see how it would help a beginner. Really cool concept.

Is there anything else like this out there? Gamification is the new black.

I never heard about "Gamification", but if you mean there are some links between video game and modern trading, the answer is definitly yes.
Most famous example is "CIS", who was an ULTIMA (nolife videogame) pro gamer before making hundreds of millions.
