Can anyone suggest a good beginning options trading book?

Beginner Book: Thomsett - "Getting Started in Options"

Intermediate Book: McMillan (2)

"Options as a Strategic Investment"
or
"McMillan on Options"

Advanced (Intermediate to Advanced) Natenberg "Option Volatility and Pricing Strategies"

All the other books mentioned I'm sure are good. Thomsett's book is cheap & easy to understand, Strategic Investment (5th edition?) is one you should have sooner or later, Natenberg's is dated but very worthwhile.

Good Luck.

I just found this: Options compendium
Hope it helps. :)
  • Hello - all Friends of Options !

Options are hard trading-nuts. In my view, they to crack requires large mental power. Therfor I prepared new ground for learnig and understanding with pictures the options work. I invite you to review the full compendium published at

    http://www.geocities.com/ludolfino .

They are containing a totally new visualizing of strategies with options.

I regret, at the present time this compendium is solely in Esperanto, but I work on english and german translations …. would you help me, please?

I would be satisfied to receive yours opinions or somethings which
helps to correct and make better.

Thank you very much for your kind attention.

    Regards
    Rudolf
