Can anyone suggest a good beginning options trading book?

I think the McMillan Book (Options as a Strategic Investment) is the best introductory text. Not only is it very basic but it's very thorough too. I'd read that before Natenburg. Another idea for an introduction might be "The Options Workbook".

In case my post on Natenberg's book was not clear: I read it from the library during a weekend, I liked it, I bought it to have it handy.

I just think that it is not suited for a beginner.

How much of a beginner are you? How much do you know about options? Why are you interested in options trading?

I would like a book that starts on page one and says "What is an option?" and ends with the most intense strategies.

Ever seen those computer books titles "Learn C++ in 21 days"? or Arnold Swarzenegger's body building encyclopedia? Something along those lines.

Got some great ideas from you guys, thanks for the posts.

What is known as the OPTIONS BIBLE?

THATS what i want.

I agree. Lawrence McMillan's "Options as a Strategic Investment" is good both as an introductory book, and you'll be using it later as a reference book too.

McMillian is the option bible if you are looking for ONE great intro to advanced book.
