Can anyone recommend some trading firm?

I am looking for a place to set up my automatic trading strategies, mostly blackbox trading. need some place provide super fast speed. I heard place like Getco or Citadel are among the fastest houses. Is there any other place that might be as fast as them?
 
1) Do you really need speed? Unless you're doing sub second arbitrage speed really doesn't matter.



but if you do, you really need to me conserned w/ colocation.
As for the brokerage side, the placed that I have found that allow you to send > 1000 orders / second are Genesis, Assent and Lime Brokerage
